Issue #153

A Farewell… with Gratitude and Possibility

As I begin to write this final issue of Forever Young, I feel both a sense of accomplishment and deep gratitude. What started as a simple idea — to share helpful insights, interesting discoveries, and ideas for living fully at every age — became a weekly touchpoint I’ve truly cherished.

Over the past year, I’ve been fortunate to connect with so many thoughtful readers who’ve shared kind words, asked great questions, and inspired me to keep showing up with new stories and resources. A few of you even reached out just this past week asking for more details about opportunities I’ve shared, which reminded me exactly why I started this newsletter in the first place: to offer real, practical value you can use in your own life.

While this is the final issue of Forever Young, I hope it feels less like a goodbye and more like a friendly “see you around.” I’m moving forward with new projects and fresh energy, but I’ll always be happy to hear from you, answer questions, or share ideas when you reach out.

A Quick Follow-Up on Paid By Letter — Real Stories, Real Results

In last week’s issue, I introduced a simple and surprisingly effective opportunity called Paid By Letter — a way to earn $5 for every letter you write. Since then, a couple of Forever Young readers reached out to me asking for more detailed information about the opportunity and system. So I’m following up to not only share more specifics but also to provide some real-life examples about what’s possible when you commit to something simple and consistent.

Meet Lisa Kryml
Lisa is the creator of the Paid Per Letter program and co-founder of Send It Academy. She’s also a wife and mother of four boys, living in Northern California. A little more than three years ago, she discovered this method and decided to test its potential. Two years ago, she set herself a challenge: write letters four hours a day, five days a week, for one full year. The result? She earned over $78,000 — simply by sticking with the process.

Trevon’s Story
Trevon is a dedicated husband and father, working full-time as a postal worker. Despite a busy schedule, he’s carved out just a couple of hours in the morning and evening to write letters. His quiet, steady effort has resulted in more than $40,000 in extra income.

Yvonne’s First Year
Yvonne is a colleague of mine — a digital creator and marketer, wife, and mother — with a full plate every day. This month, she completes her first full year writing letters part-time, whenever she can fit it in. Her reward? More than $20,000 in additional income for her family.

Is this something that could fit into your life?

If you’re looking for a simple, stress-free way to add extra income on your own schedule, this may be worth exploring. You don’t need special skills or experience — just consistency and a little time.

And if you’d like to ask questions or talk it through, feel free to email me or connect with me on Facebook or LinkedIn — I’d be happy to connect.

Urinary Health

For Men Only (or Married Women): A Personal Health Win I Want to Share

This one’s just for the guys — because if you’re anything like me, you may have found yourself making far too many trips to the bathroom.

Last year, I became acutely aware that I was spending way too much of my day answering nature’s call. It felt excessive. So I decided to measure it. For two weeks, I tracked every trip to the bathroom. The average? A whopping 18.5 times a day.

About that same time, I had joined an international online superstore called Atomy (it’s free to join). While looking through their products, I came across their Saw Palmetto supplement. The product description made me wonder — could this possibly help reduce those frequent bathroom visits?

I decided to run a personal experiment. On June 4, 2024, I started taking Atomy Saw Palmetto daily, while continuing to track every trip to the bathroom. And here are my results after 286 days:

  • Average urinations per day: 6.7

  • Fewest in a single day: 4

  • Most in a day after 2 weeks of treatment: 10

Needless to say, this has been a game-changer for me. I’m not making any medical claims — I can only share my personal experience. But if you’re dealing with the same frustrating issue (or know someone who is), I’d be happy to share more about what I did, answer questions, and even help you join Atomy as a customer (it’s free, no strings attached).

Feel free to reach out if this piques your curiosity. Sometimes, small changes make a big difference.

Health and Wellness

A Great Start to the Day — And a Great Way to Wrap Up “Forever Young”

As I close out this final issue of Forever Young, I want to leave you with one more personal discovery that has become part of my daily routine — and perhaps could become part of yours as well.

Just before the start of 2024, I joined an international health and wellness company called Live Good. Since then, six days a week, my mornings begin with a breakfast shake that includes three incredibly high-quality — and surprisingly affordable — products:

1. Complete Plant-Based Protein
Packed with organic pea and hemp proteins, branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs), and 26 essential vitamins and minerals, this is more than just protein — it’s daily fuel for muscle strength, heart health, energy, and digestion.

2. Organic Super Greens
We all know the importance of vegetables, but even the best diets have gaps. This one-scoop supplement helps fill those gaps, supporting digestion, immunity, and overall vitality.

3. Organic Super Reds
This delicious powder is loaded with heart-healthy red fruits and vegetables designed to boost nitric oxide production, improve circulation, support brain function, and help keep energy and libido strong.

The Live Good products have become staples for me — excellent quality at unbeatable prices:

  • Protein (30.8 oz): $34.95 member price

  • Super Greens (7.2 oz): $18.00

  • Super Reds (9.25 oz): $18.00

But there’s more: Live Good also has a matrix compensation plan. I decided to take two positions — one personally and one for my business LLC. Without recruiting a big team or making a concerted push, I referred just three friends, and at tax time this year, Live Good sent me two 1099s totaling $1,641.91.

Will everyone earn that? Probably not — but I share this simply to say it’s real, simple, and something you might want to consider for either your health or as a small side income stream.

If that sounds even remotely interesting, here’s my affiliate link, where you can order as a non-member, or join for $9.95/month to enjoy preferred pricing and a position in the matrix:

And…

And of course, if you’d like to chat about my experience, I’d be happy to connect.

Thank you for sharing this Forever Young journey with me over the past year. It’s been a pleasure. Wishing you great health, happiness, and vitality — for life!
